Paul Rafferty, Founding Partner, CEO
Paul Rafferty is the Founding Partner of Sales Engine International and Chief Executive Officer. Paul is a richly experienced Senior Sales Executive whose unique insights and "steady hands" are greatly valued by all Sales Engine clients. Paul provides the Executive Leadership and is responsible for Sales Engine's Sales and Administrative Teams.
Prior to founding SEI, Paul spent 20 years with Ceridian Corporation rising from Field Sales Rep to Regional VP of Sales and finally National VP of Sales Operations with responsibility for a sales organization exceeding 600 people.
Prior to joining Ceridian, Paul served as Naval Officer on a nuclear powered attack submarine. Paul attended the University of Notre Dame on a Naval ROTC scholarship and is Six Sigma Yellow-Belt certified.
Frank Candio, Partner, CMO / Creative Director
Frank Candio is a Partner in Sales Engine International and Chief Marketing Officer and Creative Director. Frank heads up the Creative Team at Sales Engine. Frank's group is responsible for the creation and design of all client marketing content including messaging, storyboards, videos and other collateral.
Prior to SEI, Frank founded Cambridge Resources, a nationally recognized Sales and Marketing consulting firm. Frank is the author of the "Cambridge Audit" - an award winning demand creation tool. The Cambridge Audit was licensed by many companies including Ceridian, AG Consulting and BIT.
Frank has a BA in English and proudly states: "Sons of Xavier, Keep Marching". Frank is also member of the Board of Directors of OSG Billing Services.
Mike Vannoy, Partner, COO
Mike Vannoy is a Partner in Sales Engine International and Chief Operations Officer. Mike is the visionary behind many of the innovative Sales Engine services. Mike heads the Post Production Team responsible for Sales Avatar videos, and the Program Management Team who execute client marketing campaigns.
Prior to SEI, Mike held a variety of Senior Sales Executive roles for Ceridian Corporation including Vice President of Sales Operations and Regional Vice President of Sales. Under Mike's leadership, Ceridian upgraded their marketing automation platform and significantly increased lead generation programs.
Prior to Ceridian, Mike held leadership roles at Simplex where his sales process redesign initiative significantly increased the revenue performance of his 120 person sales team.
Mike graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville earning a B.S. in Business Administration and is Six Sigma Yellow-Belt certified.
